Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
Estimated delivery:
– West Malaysia: 1–5 working days
– East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. PSHOPPERFIA will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.
5. Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we will assist customers in tracking parcels, PSHOPPERFIA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
